Girls Night!

My husband, Alex, is the most amazing man I know. Sure, our relationship isn't always perfect, but I think it is probably as close to perfect as any relationship can be. Last night my hubby gave me a night off and stayed home to take care of our babies while I went out for a girls night out :).

I have to be honest, when it comes to close friends, I don't have THAT many. I've got many people that I am friends with, but only a certain few that I go out with and invite over to my home often. I'm a bubbly person but my favorite type of environment is a close & private one. So last night me & a couple of my girlfriends went to the local bowling alley. Needless to say, we aren't the best bowlers in the world! But we did have a wonderful time and it was nice to go out with them. Here are some pictures from my night.

My Home.

More About Me!

Hi again everyone! Sorry about cutting my last post so short, but my lil' guy needed his Mommy!

SO, back to letting you guys get to to know me better. My life is pretty much me & my hubby raising our babies & keeping our flame burning :). In my spare time, I really enjoy photography & my hubby loves it as well. Every time I turn around he is snapping a picture! I love working outside in our flower garden. Spending time with my family is really important to me. I knew when I grew up that I did NOT want to move away from my mom, daddy, sister, & brother. Thankfully, my husband didn't want to move away either. When I actually have time to watch some tv, it usually is just on the food network (even though i can not cook well at all-leave that up to my man!), American Idol, CMT, or the news. As far as music goes, I listen to everything from Lady Gaga, to Johnny Cash, to Taylor Swift! My movie interests...well, I am pretty picky when it comes to that. Romantic comedies are my number one favorite, you can't really go wrong with one of those movies. I also love horror movies but I am extreeemely picky with them. They have to be very scary, realistic, & not trying to copy a previous horror movie.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me! I started this blog to get to know my fellow bloggers & for my family (even though they're local) to keep up with me.

First Post.

Hi everyone!

I have been keeping up with several people's blogs for a little while now & I thought I would take a crack at it! For this post I figured I would make this post about the things I think you would like to know about me.

Lets start from the start! I was born and raised here in Texas. I am very close with my family. There is never a dull moment with them! My birthday is July 1st, so this year I will turn 26 years old (can't believe that!). I have been married to my wonderful high school sweetheart for five years, our anniversary is coming up though so it will soon be six years! We have two wonderful children. Our daughter is four years old and our son was just born last November! All of the people that know me the best would describe me as sweet, funny, and ditzy! I tend to be a little on the dumb side when it comes to things! Ha! But I know my friends & family wouldn't change me for anything.

Well, I was wanting to make this post much longer and go into more detail, but that is going to have to wait for now. My son is waking up from his nap! I'll be back later with more posts about myself, my family, my friends, & my home! If I can figure out how, I will be sure to post lots of pictures!
